Delete your account

In short

Delete your account from the app in a few taps: Settings → Delete account.
Your name, email, picture, password and notifications are removed straight away.
Past games stay in your groups' history as "Deleted User" so your friends' totals still add up.

In the app

Open PalLoop and go to the Profile tab.
Tap Settings.
Scroll down and tap Delete account.
Confirm. You'll be signed out on every device.

Can't get into the app?

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm by email once it's done.

What gets deleted

Your name, email address, profile picture and password.
Your notification tokens and preferences, so you stop getting notifications.
Your sign-in, including Sign in with Apple and Google.

What stays

Games you played, and what was owed or paid, stay in your groups' history under the name "Deleted User", so everyone else's records still add up.
Payment records we have to keep as financial records.
