How do I invite friends to my group?
Open the group and tap Invite. Share the link, or let them scan the QR code from their phone.
Someone entered the wrong buy-in. Can I fix it?
While the game is running, the host can edit buy-ins and cash-outs. If a finished game looks wrong, email us and we'll help.
Does PalLoop take bets?
No. PalLoop keeps score for games between friends and shows who owes whom. If you choose to pay a friend by card, Stripe handles the payment.
How do I report someone or block them?
Press and hold a message or moment, or open the person's profile, and choose Report or Block. You can unblock people in Settings → Privacy.
How do I get a copy of my data?
Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll send it to you.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Settings and tap Delete account. See the full steps below.
